Every student has one subject they fear.
For some, it is Mathematics.
For others, it is Physics, Chemistry, or Grammar.

“Difficult subjects are not difficult forever. They are only difficult until you understand them.”

  1. Change Your Mindset First
    Many students say:
    ❌ “Math is very hard.”
    ❌ “Physics is impossible.”
    ❌ “I can’t understand this subject.”
    Your brain listens to these words.
    Instead say:
    ✅ “This subject is challenging, but I can learn it.”

    ప్రతి విద్యార్థికి ఒక భయపడే సబ్జెక్ట్ ఉంటుంది.
    కొంతమందికి అది గణితం
    కొంతమందికి ఫిజిక్స్ లేదా కెమిస్ట్రీ
    కానీ ఒక గొప్ప నిజం:
    కష్టమైన సబ్జెక్ట్ అనేది నిజంగా కష్టం కాదు. మనం ఇంకా అర్థం చేసుకోని సబ్జెక్ట్ మాత్రమే.
    టాపర్ విద్యార్థులు మరియు సాధారణ విద్యార్థుల మధ్య తేడా:
    తెలివి కాదు – పద్ధతి.
  3. ముందుగా మనసును మార్చండి
    చాలా మంది విద్యార్థులు ఇలా అంటారు:
    ❌ గణితం చాలా కష్టం
    ❌ ఫిజిక్స్ అర్థం కాదు
    కానీ ఇలా చెప్పాలి:
    ✅ ఇది కష్టంగా ఉంది కానీ నేర్చుకోగలను

  4. పెద్ద సబ్జెక్టును చిన్న భాగాలుగా విభజించండి
    పెద్ద సబ్జెక్ట్ చూసి మనకు భయం వస్తుంది.
    అందుకే దాన్ని చిన్న టాపిక్స్‌గా విభజించాలి.
    ఉదాహరణ (గణితం)
    Algebra ను ఇలా విభజించండి:
  • Variables

    ఇప్పుడు చదవడం సులభం అవుతుంది.
    పెద్ద పర్వతం కూడా చిన్న అడుగులతోనే ఎక్కాలి.

    ఉదయం సమయం మెదడుకు చాలా బలంగా ఉంటుంది.
    కాబట్టి:
    మొదట కష్టమైన సబ్జెక్ట్ చదవాలి.

    Math → Physics → English → Social
    మెదడుకు ఎక్కువ శక్తి ఉన్నప్పుడు కష్టం పనులు చేయాలి.
  2. Pomodoro Technique ఉపయోగించండి
    25 నిమిషాలు చదవండి
    5 నిమిషాలు విరామం తీసుకోండి
    ఇలా 4 సార్లు చేయండి.
    ఇది concentration పెంచుతుంది.
  3. చదవడం కంటే Practice ఎక్కువ చేయండి
    కష్టమైన సబ్జెక్టుల్లో Practice చాలా ముఖ్యమైనది.
    ఉదాహరణ
    100 problems చదవడం కన్నా
    50 problems solve చేయడం మంచిది.
    Practice confusion ను clarity గా మారుస్తుంది.
  4. ఇంకొకరికి బోధించండి
    మీరు ఒక టాపిక్‌ను ఇంకొకరికి చెప్పగలిగితే
    అది మీకు నిజంగా అర్థమైంది.
    Friends కు explain చేయండి.
  5. Diagrams మరియు Charts ఉపయోగించండి
    బయాలజీ లేదా సైన్స్‌లో diagrams చాలా ఉపయోగపడతాయి.
    చిత్రాలు గీస్తే మెదడు త్వరగా గుర్తుపెట్టుకుంటుంది.
  6. Previous Papers practice చేయండి
    Exam questions చాలా సార్లు repeat pattern లో వస్తాయి.
