మార్కులు మీ పిల్లలను కాలేజీకి తీసుకెళ్తాయి…
కానీ మీ సంబంధం జీవితంలో ముందుకు నడిపిస్తుంది.
విద్య అనేది కేవలం పుస్తకాలు, పరీక్షలు మాత్రమే కాదు. అది వ్యక్తిత్వం, ఆత్మవిశ్వాసం, ధైర్యాన్ని నిర్మించే ప్రక్రియ.
అయితే విద్యలో ఉన్నప్పుడు తల్లిదండ్రులు – పిల్లల మధ్య మంచి సంబంధం ఎలా ఉండాలి?
1️⃣ ఆజ్ఞాపించకండి – మార్గనిర్దేశం చేయండి
“చదువు” అని ఆదేశించటం కంటే
“మనమిద్దరం ప్లాన్ చేద్దాం” అని చెప్పండి.
పిల్లలకు నిర్ణయాల్లో భాగస్వామ్యం ఇస్తే బాధ్యత పెరుగుతుంది.
నియంత్రణ భయం పెంచుతుంది – మార్గనిర్దేశం విశ్వాసం పెంచుతుంది.
2️⃣ మార్కులను ప్రేమతో కలపకండి
తక్కువ మార్కులు వచ్చినప్పుడు:
పిల్లల వ్యక్తిత్వాన్ని దెబ్బతీయకండి
చదివే విధానాన్ని విశ్లేషించండి
కలిసి మెరుగుపరచండి
“ఈ ఫలితం నీ జీవితాన్ని నిర్ణయించదు” అని చెప్పండి.
భావోద్వేగ భద్రత ఉన్న పిల్లలు చదువులో మెరుగ్గా రాణిస్తారు.


3️⃣ ఎక్కువగా వినండి – తక్కువగా ఉపదేశించండి
ఇప్పటి పిల్లలు:
స్నేహితుల ఒత్తిడి
సోషల్ మీడియా ప్రభావం
పోలికల భయం
వీటిని ఎదుర్కొంటున్నారు.
“ఏమైంది?”
“నేను ఎలా సహాయం చేయగలను?” అని అడగండి.
వినడం అనేది బంధాన్ని బలపరుస్తుంది.
4️⃣ ఫలితానికి కాకుండా శ్రమను ప్రశంసించండి
పిల్లల కృషిని గుర్తించండి.
ఫలితం సాధారణమైనా చెప్పండి:
“నీ కృషి నాకు గర్వంగా ఉంది.”
ఇది ఆత్మవిశ్వాసాన్ని పెంచుతుంది.
5️⃣ శాంతమైన చదువు వాతావరణం సృష్టించండి
స్థిరమైన టైమ్ టేబుల్
ఇతరులతో పోలికలు వద్దు
ప్రశ్నలు అడగడానికి ప్రోత్సాహం
చిన్న పురోగతిని కూడా జరుపుకోవాలి
ఇంటి వాతావరణం ప్రశాంతంగా ఉంటే పిల్లల మనస్సు శక్తివంతంగా ఉంటుంది.
6️⃣ మీరు ఆదర్శంగా ఉండండి
పిల్లలు మాటలు కాదు, ప్రవర్తనను అనుకరిస్తారు.
మీరు:
సమయపాలన పాటిస్తే
పుస్తకాలు చదివితే
ఒత్తిడిలో కూడా శాంతంగా ఉంటే
పిల్లలు సహజంగా నేర్చుకుంటారు.
7️⃣ చదువుతో పాటు జీవన నైపుణ్యాలు నేర్పండి
విద్య అంటే కేవలం సబ్జెక్టులు కాదు.
క్రమశిక్షణ
సమయ నిర్వహణ
గౌరవం
భావ నియంత్రణ
నిర్ణయ సామర్థ్యం
