Pomodoro అంటే ఇటాలియన్ భాషలో “టమాటో”.
1980లో Francesco Cirillo అనే విద్యార్థి ఒక టమాటో ఆకారంలో ఉన్న టైమర్ ఉపయోగించి చదవడం ప్రారంభించాడు. అదే తరువాత ప్రపంచ ప్రసిద్ధి చెందిన Pomodoro Study Method గా మారింది.
ఈ టెక్నిక్ చాలా సింపుల్.
👉 25 నిమిషాలు పూర్తిగా ఫోకస్‌తో చదవాలి
👉 5 నిమిషాలు బ్రేక్ తీసుకోవాలి
ఈ 25 నిమిషాల సెషన్‌ను ఒక Pomodoro అంటారు.
📚 ఎలా చేయాలి?
Step 1: చదవాల్సిన టాపిక్ నిర్ణయించండి
Step 2: టైమర్‌ను 25 నిమిషాలకు సెట్ చేయండి
Step 3: ఆ సమయంలో 100% ఫోకస్‌తో చదవండి
Step 4: టైమర్ ముగిసిన తర్వాత 5 నిమిషాల బ్రేక్ తీసుకోండి
👉 4 Pomodoros పూర్తయిన తర్వాత
15 – 20 నిమిషాల పెద్ద బ్రేక్ తీసుకోండి

ఒక విద్యార్థి గణితం చదవాలనుకుంటున్నాడు.
Pomodoro ఇలా చేస్తాడు:
25 నిమిషాలు → Algebra Problems

5 నిమిషాలు → Break
ఇలా 4 సెషన్లు పూర్తి చేస్తే
