శరీరానికి వ్యాయామం ఎంత అవసరమో… మెదడుకూ అంతే అవసరం!
రోజుకు కేవలం 15 నిమిషాలు మీ పిల్లల భవిష్యత్తును మార్చగలవా?
పాఠశాలకు పంపుతున్నాం… కానీ వారి మెదడును శిక్షణ ఇస్తున్నామా?

1️⃣ గుర్తు చేసుకోవడం
రోజు చివర్లో:
“ఈరోజు నేను ఏమి నేర్చుకున్నాను?” అని పుస్తకం చూడకుండా గుర్తు చేసుకోండి.
2️⃣ మానసిక గణితం
క్యాలిక్యులేటర్ లేకుండా లెక్కలు చేయండి.
